Delivery Policy:

To help you save on delivery charges, ITSASO will usually consolidate your items in one single order and ship them together. When estimating shipping duration, it is best to take the item with the longest Estimated Arrival and use that to calculate shipping duration for your order.

Occasionally, ITSASO may ship your items to you separately due to the nature of the products. In these instances, you will NOT be charged any extra delivery fees.

In the rare occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team within seven days and they will send a replacement.
